The outer, washable mesh sleeve traps larger particulates, while the inner reinforced polyester media provides moisture and oil resistance, to better protect the blower.

• Neoprene rubber that provides high grip, flexibility and long belt life, reinforced with Aramide cord that gives it strength

• Specially designed auto-tension belt, requiring no mechanical tensioner
• Clever design reduces bearing loads, resulting in less load on the blower and so longer blower life

Blower Heads

Our blower heads come with an industry-leading three-year warranty. This means that your blower can remain in operation, even with the normal wear and tear that comes with high-speed rotating equipment, through our blower head warranty programme.
The benefits of our blower heads warranty includes:

• Shipping same day for upgraded shipping costs, or 1-2 days for standard shipping costs.
• All returned blower heads are fully evaluated, and if a preventable issue is identified we contact you to advise.
• All replacement blower heads are fully tested, including strict quality tests for balancing and vibration, and all blower heads are shipped with their documented quality tests results.
• We support blower heads for 10 years after a blower series has become obsolete.
• We provide fully tested and reliable remanufactured blower heads, if this is a more suitable route for your blower head replacement.

Tensioner

Tensioners are used to apply force to create/maintain tension in blowers. A good, correctly installed tensioner will mean years of reliable service from your blower. Tensioners require minimal maintenance, and once installed it is recommended that the spring be changed annually so the tension is maintained at optimum performance – this ensures a long belt life and high-quality blower performance.

The benefits of a tensioner include:

• Tensioner idler profile included, designed to prevent debris build-up and keeps the unit well balanced.
• Tensioner idler uses two bearings, meaning long life, smooth operation as this reduces the vibrations during operation.
• Pivot assembly is spring-loaded, meaning low vibration and reduced wear. Spring replacement is quick and easy and there is no need to remove the tensioner.
